CitraChat is built around the agent. Which one costs less
It depends on what you need. To get AI and the official API on BotConversa, you need the Pro plan, at R$299/month. Does BotConversa have AI?
Yes, on the Pro plan, with the GPT Assistant. According to the pricing page, Starter does not include AI.
Does CitraChat do mass broadcasts?
No. CitraChat serves the people who reach out, on your website or on WhatsApp. For broadcasts to lists, BotConversa is the better choice.
Can I migrate from BotConversa to CitraChat?
Yes. Flows do not carry over, because CitraChat does not work through flows. The agent is trained with your business content, which usually takes less time than rebuilding every branch.
Does CitraChat use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes, only the official Meta API, on the company number.
