What each one is
Leadster started as a lead capture chat for websites. The visitor enters a question flow, leaves their name, email and phone number, and the lead moves on to the CRM. In 2025 it began offering Leadster AI, available on the Pro plan, and ShopBot for online stores.
CitraChat starts from AI: each agent has a name, tone, goal and a knowledge base (documents, website pages, spreadsheets), and answers based on it. The same agent handles the website and the official Meta WhatsApp, in the same dashboard, and can hand the conversation over to another agent or to a person on your team.

A decision example
A clinic that just wants a conversational form on its website, with few leads per month, is fine with Leadster, even on the free plan. Yes. According to the pricing page, Leadster AI is on the Pro plan. The Free and Starter plans work with question flows.
Does CitraChat have a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan. All plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Can I use both tools together?
You can, but it is usually redundant: both take up the same corner of the website. People who try CitraChat usually replace their previous chat.
Does CitraChat work on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official Meta API, on the company number, as a monthly add-on. The same agent from the website answers on WhatsApp.
